Position Requirements:

The pastor of the church is to meet the requirements set forth in 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1. The prospective pastor must affirm his agreement with the statement of belief of Covington Baptist Church. Seminary education (preferred). Demonstrates strong Christian values.

Primary Responsibilities:

Lead traditional worship services.
Provide pastoral care through visitation of elderly, hospitalized, and homebound members.
Offer spiritual and personal counseling.

Strong Leadership abilities
